Shipping:

We offer shipping nationwide and across Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and are estimated at the time of purchase. We commit to making all reasonable efforts to meet these deadlines, but we are not responsible for possible delays caused by third parties. Our online business operates on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12 p.m. on these days will be dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders made on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Please note that this may vary.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at the time of purchase. These fees are based on the location and weight of the package.

Order Tracking:

We provide our customers with the option to track their orders once they have been dispatched. Tracking details will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase. You can also obtain information through the chat.

Returns:

We accept returns of items in their original and unused condition within 30 days from the date of receiving the order. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item has manufacturing defects.

Return Process:

Refunds:
